Returns

We accept returns for items that are defective or significantly different from the approved design. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your original packaging and receipt until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide order number and photos of the defective items
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely with all original materials
  5. Ship items back using the provided return label

Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items within 14 days of receipt. To request an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service with your order number
  • Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement
  • Wait for confirmation of replacement item availability
  • Return the original item in its unused condition with all original packaging

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we can offer a refund or suggest alternative products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

The following refund methods apply:

  • Credit/Debit Card purchases: Refunded to the original card
  • Bank Transfer payments: Refunded to the original bank account
  • Store Credit: Added back to your account

Partial Returns and Exchanges

For orders with multiple items, you may return or exchange individual items. Partial refunds will be issued for the returned items only, and any volume discounts may be adjusted based on the final quantity kept.

Processing Time

  • Exchange processing: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days for approval
  • Credit card refund: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refund: 3-7 business days to process

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed packaging that meets specifications
  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items without proof of purchase
